Our 9 acre homestead is an extension of Meadow Way Dairy, which is just up the road, hence the name, "Down the Way." We are so thankful to have the opportunity to pursue our dream of living a quiet life in the country and having a family business. May this journal of our family's adventures be greatly enjoyed by our dear friends and family, both near and far-away.

I have a great life. I have the best husband in the world who has made me the mother of Quimby, Elaine (our little one in heaven), Will, Norah, Susannah, and Marie. We've moved ALOT! (nine addresses in nine years) I have the most beautiful view from my kitchen window... Country life suits me well, but I firmly believe in blooming wherever you are planted. The kitchen is where I spend most of my time. A good denim skirt and anything linen is always a welcome addition to my wardrobe. Perhaps someday I'll have more time to read and maybe even sew, Maybe! And most importantly, I am a sinner saved by grace. Without Jesus, this journey we call life would mean nothing...
